Whiting half saddle-bronze grade - These saddle hackles are top quality even though they are only the bronze grade. I prefer saddle’s over necks for the simple reason they are easy to tie with. Often the necks have feather stems that can be a little stiff too use easily,whilst the saddle stems are a little softer without sacrificing any flotation qualities in the flys you tie. I highly recommend them.
