web wing for cicadas - Rather than cut simultaneously from two sheets I make a fold and using a stencil modelled on a cicada wing I cut out to the desired shape (a little smaller than a natural wing) leaving about 3 mm of the back uncut. This way the wings are not independent one from the other but stay in shape with the fold about 1/3 back from the head
