These leaders don't have a loop on the fly line end. I've always used a nail knot to join the leader to the fly line, this makes a small clean join, that also helps pass the energy of the cast through to the leader, helping it turn over.

Alternatively you can tie the Perfection loop to allow for a loop to loop connection to your fly line, watch below
