2.0mm = #18 - #16

2.5mm = #16 - #14

3.0mm = #14 - #12

3.5mm = #12 - #10

4.0mm = #10 - #08

Note that depending on the hook type you may need to force the tungsten bead over the barb, this can normally be achieve by pushing it with your thumb nail.
