I've used this patch for a number of years, it's a great system, and this new version has been improved with magnets on the inside to stick your flies too. Flies can also be stuck on the outside foam lid or leave open and use the slit foam and magnets

Comes with a pin to attach to your vest or you can make use of the two clips that are supplied
