Whip finisher rocks - Starting out on my saltwater fly-tying journey. Dodgy knots done with podgy fingers weren't a great solution. Enter the whip finisher ... there is a bit of an art to using it and first efforts were better than podgy finger knots, but getting better with practice. At <$10 every fly tier should have one.
