Some Common Queries
Adding additional items to an order

We don't have access to your credit card to add additions, please just pop another order in, we'll combine both for shipping, if it's a small item select to "pick up from shop" to avoid the extra shipping charge, if it's a large item we'll adjust the ship cost to the actual cost and refund any difference.

Slow Overseas Deliveries

If you have received a dispatch note, your parcel is on the way to you - please be patient - give them time to arrive before contacting us - very few parcels actually go missing.

Our Customer Service

We are a small business - unfortunately we don't have customer service type people able to answer your every question.

Most of our customers order online, so our priority is to look after our online customers and get their orders processed and out the door asap. The website has a lot of information on it, please check there first, use the search feature to find products, use common names to search, if you can't find it, we probably don't have it. If you find a product and can't select an option - it will be out of stock - new stock may need to come in from overseas and therefore takes time to acquire - if it's a product we can source locally you should still be able to order it - allow an extra few days for it to arrive.
